Does the loyalty program work in the online store?
Currently, the loyalty program is available only in YARMICH physical boutiques across Ukraine. We are already working on enabling bonus usage in the online store in the future.
Can bonuses be combined with discounts or promotions?
Bonuses cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. You can use bonuses to pay for items at full price.
Do bonuses expire if I don’t use them in time?
Yes, bonuses have a limited validity period. You will receive a notification in Telegram 7 days before they expire so you can use them in time.
If I return a product — what happens to the bonuses?
In case of a return, bonuses will be automatically recalculated according to the purchase conditions.
What should I do if I change my phone number?
The loyalty program is linked to your phone number. If you change your number, please contact our managers and we will help transfer your profile and сохранить your accumulated bonuses.
