Exchange and Returns
You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
A return is possible only if the item has not been used, its original appearance is preserved, and all original tags/labels and packaging (if available) are kept. All costs related to exchanging or returning the item are paid by the customer.
YARMICH reserves the right to refuse a return if any violations of storage conditions or signs of use are detected.
Important! The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: socks, gloves, care products.
How to exchange an item?
- Make sure the item shows no signs of use and that all labels and tags are intact.
- Inform our manager about the exchange via:

Viber: yarmichstore - Fill in the form that came with your order and put it into the return parcel.
- Send the parcel using “Easy Return” in the Nova Poshta app, or using the details provided by our manager.
How to use the free "Easy Return" service?
- Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
- Open “My shipments” and select the delivered parcel you want to return.
- In the “Manage shipment” section, choose “Easy Return”.
- Select the reason for return from the suggested list.
- Create a new electronic waybill and show it when handing over the parcel at Nova Poshta.
