Exchange and Returns

You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

A return is possible only if the item has not been used, its original appearance is preserved, and all original tags/labels and packaging (if available) are kept. All costs related to exchanging or returning the item are paid by the customer.

YARMICH reserves the right to refuse a return if any violations of storage conditions or signs of use are detected.

Important! The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: socks, gloves, care products.


How to exchange an item?

  1. Make sure the item shows no signs of use and that all labels and tags are intact.
  2. Inform our manager about the exchange via:

  3. Fill in the form that came with your order and put it into the return parcel.
  4. Send the parcel using “Easy Return” in the Nova Poshta app, or using the details provided by our manager.


How to use the free "Easy Return" service?

  1. Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
  2. Open “My shipments” and select the delivered parcel you want to return.
  3. In the “Manage shipment” section, choose “Easy Return”.
  4. Select the reason for return from the suggested list.
  5. Create a new electronic waybill and show it when handing over the parcel at Nova Poshta.
