Delivery

• Nova Poshta delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or customer’s address;
• Delivery time: 3–4 days;
• Delivery cost is paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta tariffs (“Sender’s address — customer’s branch”);
• Orders are shipped by Nova Poshta courier from one of our boutiques;
• Self-pickup from our boutiques with the option to try on.

Payment

• Credit/debit card on the website
• Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta branch
• Cash upon pickup at the boutique

Courier Delivery in Kyiv and Lviv

• Fast delivery by taxi;
• Delivery time: 2–3 hours;
• Cost from UAH 200.

International Delivery

Orders to other countries are shipped within 2–3 days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:

• Poland — from 5 days
• Other European countries — 7–10 days
• USA — 12–14 days

Delivery cost is calculated individually according to the postal carrier’s rates.
The exact delivery time and cost will be calculated by a manager during order processing.
